To the office of Professional Medical conduct: I wrote you how long ago that Dr FAgelman's receptionist made a hole in retina, damaged my cervical spine, violated my body and rights and you haven't done a thing or even written me back. Now I have her false criminal report lying to the NYPD stating I attacked her and the video proves she attacked me.
above 2nd to last page on scribd.com is the false criminal complaint by Dr Andrew Fagelman's employee front desk receptionist Delita Hooks who savagely attacked me after standing up slamming the counter yelling I have no rights.
She provoked me first to seek help from Dr Vine who was already in with her next patient and than to start filming when she got between me and the door to give me the finger as I tried to leave
She violated my patient rights and repeatedly violated my body.
Dr Fagelman did not fire her and Dr Vine vacated asap.
NOW I HAVE THE FALSE CRIMINAL REPORT SO DR FAGELMAN PROTECTED HIS EMPLOYEE OF 10 YEARS WHO SAVAGELY ATTACKED ME AND THAN BROKE ANOTHER LAW FILING A FALSE CROSS COMPLAINT.

THE CORRUPT NYPD HAVE BEEN FORCED TO RE-OPEN THE CASE AFTER 1 year. I caught the NYPD and Internal Affairs fixing for this doctors off as well as retaliating against me for being a whistle blower.
The case is now open. The NYPD have yet to arrest her but I have the video now and her false criminal report and I pray to G-d to shame all involved including the women in the video with no name tags --- they all know my name and I did not know theirs
I called Dr Vine's receptionist from the police precinct and asked what is the name of the woman that punched me and she said her name is "Delite". Dr Vine's receptionist who's name I don't know either said she did not know Delita Hooks name even though she sits next to her,
The women in the video all said I attacked her not knowing I had this video. None were punished and to date they don't think they did anything wrong.
