#NYPD Inspector General Says Call Internal Affairs Check my Case



















NYPD Inspector General Phillip Eure had Chief Investigator Tom Mahoney write me and give me Internal Affair's telephone number with my IGNYPD Case number to call for status check!  So you hear me after I leave a voice mail since no one is picked up at Internal Affairs -- Chief Reznick was exposed in a lawsuit calling whisle blower NYPD cop a RAT so Bratton running dirty corrupt expensive IAB dept like Kelly Campisi?  My opinion YES!  I am calling for special prosectors in my case, Eric Garner's Adrain Schoolcraft and how many others, I want my attacker arrested for assault 2nd degree, a false cross complaint and a written threatening as well as NYPD for COERCION and action taking against IAB members and the DA investigation including for refusing to take action against the NYPD.  

Looks like the NYPD IG job is pass the corruption buck and head my CCRB testimony stating I wanted my case taken back.  If CCRB had  NYPD come in the NYPD have to testify under oath but if IAB has it IAB can fix it and let dirty cops retire.  This was retaliation against me by the DA, NYPD and IAB for me being an activist.  IAB doesn't even want to hear from me so how IRONIC I have a letter with NYPD IG urging me to follow up call IAB since the gave them my case -- mine is one of the top 12 already forwarded from IG NYPD new expensive offices situated in downtown Wall St. near Deutsche Bank.

IG NYPD suggests getting an attorney if you want to pursue the matter beyond IAB so is that admission that they know IAB will try yet again to fix my case for all involved?


The Civilian Complaint Review Board CCRB, The Commission to Combat Police Corruption and now the NYPD Inspector General have all forwarded my case to Internal Affairs Bureau IAB I allege to fix my case and like the Staten Island DA I allege fixed Eric Garner case, Queens DA fixed it for NYPD chief Marino and Capt M. and Cy Vance for corrupt Cops and IAB as well as Dr Fagelman's violent lying employee Delita Hooks my case in my opinion but there are enough facts even without a subponea.

#NYPD Inspector General Phillip Eure Investigator Tom Mahoney Fraudsters? Read these 2 letters you decide

Phillip Eure and Tom Mahoney were well aware I had testified in front of the CCRB committee excoriated in the NYDN as party hardy with possible sex predator allegations and demanded my case be returned to Internal Affairs because IAB fixes for dirty cops like in my case.

Even Mark Peters knew I was suing DOI and he too referred me Internal Affairs.

They are failures corrupt and way too costly including Internal Affairs like 911 too complicated corrupt and not functioning properly but insult to injury is having the NYPD Inspector General refer my letters.

Tom Mahoney and Phillip Eure had my CCRB testimony demanding CCRB take my case back since IAB did fix it allowing Det John Vergona and others off the hooks and 2 have already retired.  So brand new offices for the Inspector General and I guess they are to hold parties like CCRB read my testimony -- they talk about what a good time they are having.

All a fraud, CCCRB, Commission to Combat Police Corruption and this new agency is even worse...disgraceful and disgusting.

Look at the date of this letter.  This involved out right stealing, fraud as well as NYPD graft by top white shirt brass and what does Tom Pass the Corruption Buck Mahoney do but pass the corruption buck to DOITT.  Letter number 1 he passed to Internal Affairs who had CCRB Internal Affairs the case 2 ago and Phillip Eure who I have talked to and Mahoney both got my CCRB testimony and now I even asked CCRB to take my case back.

It would almost be hilarious if it wasn't tragic with blood on New York City governments hand starting with Bloomberg administration, Cy Vance and now mayor de Blasio and Scott Stringer along with Mark Peters and Rose Gill Hearn (Rose got 2 kick back appointments from Mike Bloomberg for making sure no criminal prosecution and guess what CityTime not one New York City government worker was arrested) and the Manhattan dA Cy Vance was given request May 30, 2012 for criminal investigation by John Lui who got $50 million back from Verizon before he left office Verizon who is giving top NYPD brass graft gift thousands of dollars to NYPD chief chuck Dowd!  Stringer removed John Liu's Press release calling for criminal investigation as soon as he came into office because I allege powerful lobbyist the profited bloodmoney were willing to back him for his run for mayor which is also true for de Blasio.  The lobbyist whether the Republican or Democrat's will back both men as long as they are protected and so far it looks like they got their client Hewlett-Packard protected.

Mark why were heads of DOITTS about to become lobbyists for companies that were grossly over billing us? Paul Cosgrove did the simple math and he spoke up was pushed out but the headset didn't say word profited by becoming lobbyists along with how many others.   


to Rose Gill Hearn, Mark Peters and Cy Vance -- try saying over billing isn't stealing in the real world -- try going over budget over a billion dollars in the private sector and say there was no stealing.

A key contractor stated he was going to overbill until he lost the contract.  

Truth; Overbilling is stealing and most everyone was doing it and Mark Peters is protecting Bloomberg administration, powerful contractors like HP that sit on NY Pension board, lobbyists, and Cy Vance. Cy Vance protected Bloomberg when he broke him painless which is a crime and he himself the broken campaign was with Mark Guma!  There's a lot more to the story about why and who is being protected.   (I'm a victim of retaliation by the Bloomberg administration, Cy Vance and I am now suing mayor de Blasio and Mark Peters!). 

Scott stringer made a deal pennies  on the dollars only $10.5 million when the price tech for the damage is done but the lead contractor could be about $1 billion in damages to the city of New York because Hewlett-Packard was delivering late below par and was stealing and allowed a house of cards to be built a faulty system with other contractors and consultants overbilling they owe us big time and certain people belong in jail.  They did this in plain sight and Bloomberg's people were notified as early as 2008 by a DOITT employee who reported it and was retaliated against for being a whistleblower by being fired.   

The new head of DOITT encourages employees to come forward but based on my experience as a whistle blower who just had a 50-h sharing the city will do anything to destroy whistle blower. Anyone who called for the termination of Hewlett-Packard's contract was fired or pushed out including Paul Cosgrove, John Liu, Jane Doe, etc.  



The contractors consultants were stealing my overbilling grossly (mark peters is on the record stating that's not a crime) and this was common knowledge to anyone who could do simple math on top of which they were delivering crap 911 like CityTime crap hunks of junk and powerfully connected lobbyists profited as well.  8 1/2 million New Yorkers were lying the system that doesn't work properly because they were stealing and delivering crap.

NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd was caught fixing crime and promoted upward by Ray Kelly made head of technology for over a decade and was caught taking gift from Verizon you think he only took gift from Verizon?

IAB was captured on audio stating to me he did not steal millions.  Ray Kelly wanted to be head of Homeland security and funny that some of the main thieves overbilling have contracts with homeland security.  


The key crook that open the floodgates on stealing 911 was able to waltzed right back into do it representing a new company who brags about him working on Hewlett-Packard 911.


The three biggest text Titanic's in New York City government but there were so many under Mike Bloomberg are 912, CityTime and 311 with two of the three Destined for the Dumpster.

I was threatened with arrest for running punched my head but these people stole a fortune they stole it by overbilling that's a crime and they jeopardize 8 1/2 million people safety and not one arrest.

Chief Marino also known as elephant balls was so over-the-top in his response bringing NYPD guys that carry machine guns and the FDNY to shut off the street that would be enough to give anyone  high blood pressure.   It's just common knowledge how corrupt the police are blue wall of corruption now they retaliate against whistleblowers.   Marino comes across as a crackpot that's been protected by top brass.  Have you heard chokehold chief Esposito protect Marino's human growth hormone abuse but the please department didn't feel the same about Marino's wife and NYPD woman her ex-husband Manny using HGH.  


Why did Richard Brown refused to put NYPD Marino and at the time captain now promoted to deputy inspector more yellow in front of a grand jury?   For the same reason DA Donovan Staten Island did not put police negligence in front of grand jury because there'd been indictment is my guess.  

I'm a civilian and I can prove that the NYPD it to internal affairs to the DA retaliate their political and they protect systematic police corruption which is going to be central to my lawsuit number two   -   There was no reason for the NYPD infamous Chief Marino who thinks that NYPD are there to guard his million dollar home while he goes to Disneyland to marry his second NYPD wife a second subordinate NYPD wife by the way the chief that was caught taking human growth hormone and not punished a chief that was quite fixing crime and not punished but given more power to abuse the chief that uses the NYPD us is dating pool, and I want to ask Ray Kelly why he promoted cops that fix crime upward like NYPD chief chuck Dowd who had no technology experience but appeared to be quite a chief when he came to taking gifts from a contractor I allege  was stealing and I alleged was taking compensation of some kind and gifts related to FirstNet.  

I am suing mayor de Blasio and mark peters as well.  The NYPD graft has gone beyond the days of Serpico where they're taking fixing favors gift involving contractors starting with 911 largest tech corruption largest corruption theivery ever in nyc over $1 billion over budget and Department of investigation says there's no stealing of course it was stealing by contractors, consultants and lobbyist were profiting knowing it was just like CityTime but worse it was open season to overbill across the boards for a hunk of junk.
