Dr Andrew Fagelman told my private investigator I was not his patient and he never met me.  Now my MD that shared the office demanded Delita Hooks be fired.   Dr FAgelman does not know his receptionist office manager is not allowed to violate other patients of MD's that share the office -- he doesn't know Delita Hooks is not allowed to violate other patient's rights repeatedly as well as their bodies.  Dr Fagelman said he could not comment on whether he spoke to the police.  

Not one woman in that video asked are you all right.   I do not know their names and I only learned Delita Hooks after the NYPD coerced me to drop charges on Saturday Oct 20th so the NYPD broke the law as well as coercion is  a serious  crime not a policing tool.

I am alive.  When the Delita Hooks aka Dee aka Delite threatened to beat the crap out of me and did a running punched my head I was lucky that I didn't fall back and hit my head on the floor and die which has happened to some New Yorkers been sucker punched.  She repeatedly violated my patient rights from behind the counter coming out from behind the counter and then when she started hitting me including holding the door open standing on the doctor's property and then pursuing me a running punched my head out in the hall!!! She attempted to drag me down the hall after she grabbed my hair and jerk my head back she was literally trying to pull me down the hall by my hair. I got her off me into the ground and so she took my hair pulled me towards her and tried kicking me over and over to my groin.  I'm told all the women in the video lied and I believe it because none of them asked me if I was okay and note they are wearing medical outfits no nametags or would report them. 

I was at a doctors office and just had a cyst removed and was holding bags and my arm was numb from two injections in my arm.  

I'm alive but read about the newest  most horrific deaths by a violent woman -- this has to be this one it's horrifucrcand she murdered a mother of four.   Let me guess the murderer she's a she's a big liar like my attacker? 

New York City has way too many violent women.  In the case of the criminal act against me there was a lot of line going around and that's at a doctors office.  How many times did they violate my patient rights after I left that office?  

My attacker was not fired or arrested and besides being violent walking timebomb she's also a terrible liar which the video and her false cross-complaint and letter threatening me yet again or NYPD fixers prove along with medical reports I have.  

My attacker even hinted in a fake medical report and lied that a caused a bruise on her thigh when I did not. 

Why did she and her employer feel so confident she could go into a police precinct and lie and even sign a letter to her and went NYPD fixers online and get away with it? 

Why did the New York Police Department and internal affairs hope to empower a very violent liar and help Dr Andrew Fagelman keep her at the long front desk is closed off proving she came along way to continue violate  my patient right.

The New York Police Department and internal affairs empowered all the criminal action that went on including by the police.  Detective John Vergona retina me lie to me including about myself and he lied and a police report I have.  

The NYPD sure did the doctor favor considering Dr Fagelman didn't fire her.  

The NYPD and internal affairs guilty of empowering a violent lying woman and her employer in my opinion has no understanding of right and wrong and how wrong violence is to try and beat the living daylights out of the medical patient. Ditto for the NYPD and ditto for internal affairs for their role in violence lies corruption.    

My opinion these two women a horrific murderer and a crazy filing receptionist office manager are ticking bombs and how many people knew it ?  How many yelp reviews were there before I was attacked talking about her and her employer Dr. Fagelman even warning  patients to stay away.  

How many people defend ticking time bombs when they shouldn't and by defending them there and powering them?  Even Ted Bundy had his supporters and how many violent criminals have supporters because they don't understand right from wrong.

You can hear the victim state repeatedly he can't breathe but the NYPD in green shirt does not listen and appears to have a death lock around his throat.

I was a victim of NYPD corruption and literally a crime commited by Det John Vergona who coerced me but Internal Affairs let him walk even after he threatened me told me he did not care if I had two black eyes told me I would have to wait until Saturday to be arrested for being punched and kicked and threatened , my eyes damaged he told me he did not care if I had two black eyes ...

I caught Internal Affairs fixing crime for the corrupt NYPD involved including supervisors. 

The New York Police Department and the internal affairs  Bureau did everything but help my attacker to murder me. 

IAB let Det John Vergona and Lt Angelo Burgos retired and did not punish any NYPD involved including Det Andy Dwyer and his partner as well as Vergona's partner and I don't have names or badge numbers including for Sgt Chen of the first precinct detective squad. I caught IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell lying to me and repeatedly stating case closed. IAB Lt Fikru stated the video speaks for itself but he was only investigating O'Donnell and it was clear to me that he was going to let odonnell walk.  

My attacker was and is employed by dr. Andrew Fagelman he did not fire her so they corrupt NYPD and internal affairs sure did him a favor because she committed a crime and I caught the beginning of the crime on video.
